You should make it that more than one person can be treated as a carer for the same disabled person. In my situation, I'm a sibling carer and my Mum's a parent carer and neither of us work. I'm worried about moving to universal credit from ESA (for mental health reasons) as I may have to explain why I can't work but my Mum already has the carer entitlement.
